The scrap will be free from toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, inflammables, explosives, organic matters originated from animals or plants with danger of epidemic diseases and medical waste. The scrap will also be totally free from bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form.
